The Veracruz pavilion highlights the unique aroma of coffee that conquers the palate of the thousands of visitors who come to the Tianguis Turística de México 2025.
Alejandro Natzul, a professional barista specialized in high-quality coffee, shared in an interview that 49 different coffee proposals from local producers are bringing to this edition, from Totonacapan to San Andrés Tuxtla, the center of Coatepec and surrounding regions.
“We brought high-end coffees so that they can taste the Veracruz coffee that we prepared with a drip method that gives a medium to subtle cup to learn about the different versions of this bean,” he said.
He also highlighted that the name of each local producer is present on each package so that visitors recognize the unique work of each production.
